Deep Forest heads to Cinetol in Amsterdam on 6 October 2026, with the live setup Éric Mouquet has been driving the project with for years. What began in the early 1990s in Northern France as a collision between electronics, jazz, and global vocal samples still sounds unmistakably familiar: warm synth textures, downtempo grooves, and melodies that pull you in without ever settling neatly into one genre. Expect classics from the early records, with that well-known blend of ambient and danceable drive that first broke through with 'Sweet Lullaby' and later progressed toward Boheme, the album that earned Deep Forest the Grammy for Best World Music Album. Live, it shifts effortlessly between invigorating passages and more floating, cinematic moments, with that distinctive Deep Forest mood as the through line.
