Info
On Saturday 3 October 2026, Horse Meat Disco land at The Drill Shed in Margate for a long, dancefloor-first session shaped by their London queer club roots. Since the early 2000s, the collective (James Hillard, Jim Stanton, Luke Howard and Severino Panzetta) has built a reputation on sets that move fast but stay coherent, stitching together disco and boogie with house, Italo, soul and hi-NRG.
Expect mixing that treats classics and deep cuts the same way: as tools to keep momentum, flip the mood, and pull the room back in. There’s a real sense of lineage in how they connect New York and European strains of dance music, while staying open to newer productions that hit just as hard. No big concept to decode here, just a crew who know how to read a crowd and keep it moving until the end.
