On October 4, 2026, Fickle Friends land at Think Tank Newcastle for a live set built for anyone who likes their indie pop with a pulse. Born in Brighton and shaped on the road, the band has always leaned into that gig-first energy: big choruses, bright keyboards, and that tight push-and-pull between synth-pop shine and indie rock bite.
Fronted by Natassja Shiner (vocals and keys), Fickle Friends move smoothly from early fan favourites like “Swim”, “Play” and “For You” to the more direct, pop-leaning edge they’ve sharpened over the years. Expect a set that can jump from the punch of You Are Someone Else to the restless, tense melodies of Are We Gonna Be Alright?, with room for newer tracks from their self-titled 2025 album. A night for dancing, shouting the hooks back, and catching a band that still sounds like it belongs on a stage.
