ILUKA, born in Australia and now based in Los Angeles, brings to Warsaw her alt-pop at the crossroads of indie, rock, and country. On March 14, 2027 at Mechanik Club you will hear material where rough, husky vocals meet catchy choruses and lyrics written without mincing words. In her songs there is both intimacy and edge, and alongside sensitivity comes stubbornness and a need to draw boundaries.
She grew up in the Blue Mountains on a farm, in a home where music was daily life, and guitars handmade by her father, a luthier, became the starting point for her own songwriting. Popularity came faster thanks to tracks circulating online, but on stage ILUKA brings it all together into a cohesive, raw set: a touch of cowboy swagger, a hint of theatrical nerve, and plenty of melody. Her program also includes a fresh chapter from the album "the wild, the innocent & the raging" (November 2025).
