Info
Protest The Hero bring their trademark blend of progressive metal, metalcore and mathy rhythmic twists to Pawn Shop Live in Edmonton on November 29, 2026. Built around constantly shifting song structures, razor-sharp guitar work and jagged grooves, the band’s sound leaves plenty of room for sudden tempo changes, intricate riffs and those moments where melody and more aggressive vocal lines collide.
From early releases like Kezia and Fortress to later chapters such as Volition, Pacific Myth and Palimpsest, Protest The Hero have kept pushing technical playing without losing the punch of hardcore and punk energy. Expect a set that moves fast, cuts tight, and shows why they’ve stayed a key name across metal scenes in North America and Europe—equal parts precision and controlled chaos, made for a live room.
