On November 4, 2026, Eve will perform at The Melkweg in Amsterdam, and it feels like a chance to see a rapper who has always known exactly how to make edge and melody work together. From her Philadelphia roots, she helped shape the Ruff Ryders sound in the late 1990s: direct East Coast hip-hop with a tight flow and hooks that stick.
In her set you can expect both the early fire of Let There Be Eve... Ruff Ryders’ First Lady and the broader, more R&B- and pop-rap-tinged sides that later came more to the fore on Scorpion and Eve-Olution. Eve raps not only to impress; she tackles topics such as self-affirmation, relationships and the darker sides of them, without dressing it up. Add to that her sense for hooks and her experience on big stages, and you get a show that revolves around presence, rhythm and stories that still resonate.
