Info
Led by Jakob Dylan, The Wallflowers head to Capitole Gent in Ghent on November 18, 2026, for an evening that fully embraces the American 90s rock heritage. With this blend of heartland rock, folk, and alternative rock that has become their signature, the band places at the center what matters: narrative songs, straightforward guitars, keyboards that support without crowding, and that deep voice that leads the way.
The show takes the form of an anniversary evening around Bringing Down the Horse (1996), performed in full and in order, as a single block. It showcases the dynamic that propelled The Wallflowers beyond the indie circle of the era, between catchy melodies and band energy.
In the second half, a tribute to Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, with the complete performance of Long After Dark (1982).
Two records, two eras, one idea: celebrating a direct, unpretentious rock writing crafted for the stage.
