On March 16, 2027, Cali headlines La Cigale in Paris with what defines him best: the stage. A self-taught musician from the South, Bruno Caliciuri has built his career on the guitar, first in local bands near Perpignan, then within Indy’s alternative rock before carving his own path as a solo artist. Since the momentum of 'C’est quand le bonheur ?' and the Francofolies spotlight, he has released a string of albums that he crafts himself, from writing to production, with a taste for intimate storytelling and straightforward, unvarnished language.
In this show, one comes to find a singer who does not perform standards as memories, but as living songs, ready to be shaken up. Between tracks that have left their mark ('L’amour parfait', 'Menteur') and newer material from his 'Vernet-les-Bains' period, Cali promises a taut, direct set, carried by the energy of rock and the attention to the text.
