On November 12, 2027, Ycare settles into the Casino Partouche in Pornic with a chapter all his own in his career: a project dedicated to Jacques Brel. After his eighth album and a long tour, the singer-songwriter continues his fondness for lyric-driven chansons by presenting it in a more electric, more upfront format, without losing what defines his DNA: pop melodies, a voice that reaches for emotion up close, and a true sense of storytelling. On stage, he reinterprets Brel in his own way, in a rock tribute with punchy, muscular arrangements co-signed with Pascal Obispo. The aim isn't to replay a classic word-for-word, but to traverse it with today's intensity: guitars, tensions, breaths, and that unmistakable way of making the phrases land. A concert for those who love it when the song rubs up against live performance, and when heritage becomes living matter.
