Info
On Friday, September 25, 2026, Stan Christ takes over BASIS in Utrecht for an all-night-long set you won’t be able to catch in passing. The Hague-based DJ and producer has been crafting a techno sound since the early 2020s that puts tempo and density front and center: hard techno with that raw rave vibe from the 1990s, fueled by old-school hardcore. Expect no sprawling selection, but a tight, continuous ride with high BPMs, heavily accented kicks, and sharp synth lines that continually build and release tension. In such a long set you also hear how Stan Christ stacks layers: from driving percussion to cutting melodic fragments, from blunt, straightforward pounding to small shifts that sharpen the dancefloor. An evening for those who love diving deep into the club and tilting the night toward pure energy.
