Info
On 12 September 2026, the official Smeerboel Festival afterparty lands at BASIS in Utrecht, featuring a lineup that keeps the night tight and fast. Kyle Starkey takes center stage with his energetic club approach, straddling hard house, progressive house, and trance. Expect a set that plays with the codes of the nineties without getting stuck in nostalgia: rare rave discoveries alongside recent productions, plenty of melodic drive, solid basslines, and build-ups that won’t let you check out. His style revolves around tempo and flow, with a direct rhythmic sensation that keeps the dancefloor moving continuously. Additionally, there is room for an extra layer of dynamism with Dart, who in a back-to-back with Starkey can tap into a different tension: quicker transitions, and a sound that emerges live. With Anna Nymphaea and Jessie Dols aboard, this afterparty takes on a broad club focus, from peak-time intensity to those final hours when everything can be looser and bolder.
