Info
On October 3, 2026 at The Pearl in Vancouver, DJ Assault brings his Detroit ghettotech DNA to a night built for fast mixes and sweaty bass. Active since the 1990s, he’s shaped a sound where electro snaps into Detroit techno pressure, with Miami bass bounce and hip-hop attitude threaded through the drums.
Expect a set that moves like a block party turned warehouse: rapid-fire rhythms, heavy low-end, chopped vocals and that straight-to-the-point mic energy he’s known for. DJ Assault’s tracks were made to be played loud and blended quick, and his DJing keeps that same logic: tight transitions, no filler, always pushing the groove forward. Whether you come from techno, bass music or rap-adjacent club nights, this date lands right in the overlap where his style hits hardest.
