On October 5, 2026, Laura Misch arrives at La Marbrerie in Montreuil for her very first Paris concert with the full band, as part of her European tour. The London-based musician crafts songs like sonic collages, where the voice and the saxophone act as a through-line amid electronic textures, synthesizers, field recordings, and rhythms in motion. Between contemporary jazz, ambient, soul, and hushed electronic pop, she plays with the tension between the intimate and the exterior, giving real space to the places and atmospheres that traverse them. From her early EPs Playground and Lonely City to Sample the Sky, and then its acoustic counterpart Sample the Earth, her writing advances through small transformations, always attentive to breath, to melody, and to the details of the real. On stage, this material takes on another dimension: tracks unfold, sonic clouds densify, and a sense of space settles in without forcing.
