Fontaines D.C. arrives in Madrid on October 22, 2026 with their “D.C. EU Tour 2026”, a new stop to gauge how far they can push their nervy post-punk blend, rough guitars, and lyrics with a literary sensibility. Born in Dublin and steeped in a scene where poetry and live performance go hand in hand, the band has gradually opened its sound, album by album: from the sharp, urgent attack of Dogrel to slower, more melancholic moods on A Hero’s Death, passing through the expansive darkness of Skinty Fia and the more open textures on ROMANCE. On stage, that evolution translates into rhythmic tension, choruses that stay with you, and shifts in intensity that sustain the show without losing its edge. The show will take place at Movistar Arena.
