Fox Stevenson (Stanley Stevenson Byrne) comes from the bass-music side of things, but he never sticks to one lane: melodic drum and bass, punchy dubstep, and pop-minded hooks often carried by his own vocals. Mystery Skulls is the Los Angeles solo project of Luis Dubuc, where synthpop, modern disco and electronic funk meet smooth basslines and clean, dance-ready grooves. Across releases like Forever and Beam Me Up, the sound keeps that retro-leaning shine while staying club-focused, with vocals that slide between pop and R&B.
