On December 4, 2026, Eihwar arrives at Château Rouge in Annemasse with its “Viking War Trance”: a French duo formed in 2023, at the crossroads of pagan neofolk and tribal electronic tailored for the stage. Here, no museum-grade folklore: their Nordic aesthetic is an openly embraced fantasy, carried by chant-like vocals, refrains that are taken up in unison, ritual percussion and dark textures that cling to the body.
On stage, Asrunn and Mark raise the trance with drums, dancing pulses and martial energy, between concert and performance. A live show conceived as a collective rite, nourished by their fictional Hugrheim universe, where contemporary pagan imagery meets an underground rave. If you like it when folk blends with electro and ends up dancing, this is the right show.
