Jessica93 is the solo project of the French musician Geoffroy Laporte, which originated in the Greater Paris area in 2010. With a blend of post-punk, grunge, shoegaze, noise rock, and cold wave, Jessica93 has carved out a place in the French underground scene. Laporte writes and produces the majority of his music himself and is known for his raw sound, shaped by distorted guitars, repetitive basslines, and drum machines. After several releases, in 2025 the album 666 Tours de Périph’ appeared on the French label Born Bad Records, a work that further develops the project's aesthetics and places increased emphasis on French-language lyrics.
