On November 2, 2026 in Vancouver, The Aces bring their alternative guitar-pop to the Hollywood Theatre. The Utah quartet—Cristal and Alisa Ramirez alongside McKenna Petty and Katie Henderson—mixes bright riffs, tight rhythms and vocal-forward hooks that sit between indie rock, new wave-tinged pop and sleek synth-pop touches. Their songs lean into friendship, growing up, and the messier sides of relationships, with the more recent material opening up about identity and queer love. Live, it’s direct and energetic: sharp melodies, a solid band feel, and choruses built to be sung back.
Special guest Gatlin opens the night with intimate indie pop that slips between folk songwriting, guitar-driven moments and understated synth textures. Based in Los Angeles, she writes with a storyteller’s eye, digging into memory, faith, and the process of stepping away from a conservative upbringing to build something of her own.
