Alignment, an Italian producer and DJ based in Berlin, belongs to the generation that has pushed techno back to a very high velocity at the center of European clubs. Fueled by rave aesthetics, he draws a direct line between hard techno, 90s trance, and industrial touches: tight, tense kick drums, deep bass, catchy melodies and echoing synth pads, designed for large systems as well as the densest hours. Discovered in the Berlin underground, he refined his sound over maxi releases and EPs before establishing himself on ever-larger stages. His long-running collaboration with KNTXT has firmly positioned him in today’s techno landscape, with an approach that is both upfront and highly melodic. In 2024, he opens a new chapter with his own label, Orbital, an ideal playground to push his ideas further and explore more spatial textures without losing the energy.
