Info

Koudlam was born in 1979 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, and grows up between Africa, North Dakota, Mexico City and the French Alps. As a teenager, he discovers electronic music from pioneers of the rave scene and, on four-track machines, composes tracks that are today lost. In 2006, he self-produces Nowhere, blending rave, rock and baroque influences. Based in Paris, he collaborates with artist Cyprien Gaillard and signs with Pan European Recording, where he releases Live at Teotihuacan (2008) and Goodbye (2009), an apocalyptic pop carried by See You All, which becomes an underground hit. He follows with Alcoholic’s Hymn (2011) and Benidorm Dream (2013), a futuristic symphony inspired by the mirror-city of Benidorm. After a disappearance devoted to ornithology and the study of primates, he returns in 2022–2023 with Precipice Fantasy, a double album inspired by the wanderings and hallucinatory conquests of eighteenth-century adventurers.

La Mverte releases its new album Media Nocte in January 2026 via Canto V / Les Enfers. It follows the singles Witches & Wicked Bodies, Last Dance and Breathing In, Breathing Out.

Franky Gogo, born Tatiana Lejude Mladenovitch, is a Franco‑Yugoslav artist residing in Paris, whom one could describe as white, agender, trans, left-wing, a dyke and queer as fuck.
