When a soulful sensibility meets modern pop writing, Teddy Swims knows exactly where to place the cursor. Born Jaten Dimsdale in the Atlanta suburb, the American singer first drew attention thanks to his online covers, where he moved from soulful standards to pop or country tracks with a warm, flexible voice, always very expressive. Since then, he has built a personal repertoire that blends R&B, gospel undertones, and touches of rock, with a genuine taste for ballads and mounting tension. With his EPs Unlearning, Tough Love and Sleep Is Exhausting, followed by the album I've Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 1) and the track "Lose Control", he delves into direct themes: relationships, fragility, and rebuilding. On April 13, 2027, at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, "The Ugly Tour" promises a live show centered on singing and groove, in a band format, close to the emotion.
