TIF is a rap that truly comes into its own in live performances. Born in El Hammamet, on the outskirts of Algiers, the artist has crafted a sound halfway between French and Arabic, where the rap phrasing intersects with sung melodies and echoes of Raï, Chaâbi, Gnawa, or Andalusian music. From his earliest freestyles to the live sessions that have cemented his signature, he moves forward with writing marked by exile, the memory of Algiers, and a melancholy that never slows the momentum. After Houma Sweet Houma and then 1.6, TIF opens a new chapter with SAVASHUIA, a project long awaited for three years. Surrounded by his musicians, he presents this project in an organic, direct format, designed for the stage and for connecting with the audience.
