On November 27, 2026, El Búho lands at the Jazz Café in London with his own distinctive approach to bringing together Latin American folk rhythms, organic textures, and downtempo electronic music that moves forward with hushed steps. Behind the name, Robin Perkins has been shaping for more than ten years a music nourished by electronic cumbia, Andean influences, and dub bass, with a taste for "living" sounds gathered from the field, down to birdsong.
On stage, everything revolves around movement and atmosphere: traditional percussion blending with machines, floating folk melodies, and a club energy that is without brutality, rather hypnotic. His journey, forged on stages from Buenos Aires to Mexico, via Europe, is reflected in these sets that move from groove to contemplation without a break, always guided by one idea: to make people dance while keeping their feet on the ground.
