After five years away from the stage, Cock Robin hits the road again with a tour conceived as a return to their roots: [85-89]. Born in San Francisco in the early 1980s around Peter Kingsbery, the band established itself with a melodic pop rock and New Wave sound, driven by keyboards, guitars, and a taste for crisp, memorable choruses. For this run of dates, the concept is simple: a setlist built exclusively from the first three albums, Cock Robin (1985), After Here Through Midland (1987) and First Love: Last Rites (1989), the period that sealed their special bond with Europe and France. On May 27, 2027, Cock Robin will perform at Salle Cap Caval in Penmarc’h to unfold this founding chapter live, with no detours or digressions, as faithful as possible to the writing and colours that defined those years.
