After four sold-out shows, The Hindley Street Country Club returns to the Netherlands. On 3 April 2027, the Australian nine-piece outfit will take the stage at World Forum The Hague in The Hague, with a new setlist and that typical HSCC approach: playing songs the way you love to hear them, tight, warm and unadorned.
HSCC rose to prominence with videos that feel like you're right in the studio. Everything in one take, played live, with a rotating lineup of male and female vocalists who give each track its own color. Think pop, soul and rock classics you instantly recognize, yet refreshed by their timing, details and groove.
Behind it all is bandleader and bassist Constantine Delo, the musical mind who keeps that smooth, full sound together. Expect no show for the sake of spectacle, but an evening focused on playing enjoyment, arrangements and musicianship: from Just the Two of Us to Sultans of Swing, Africa and Dreams, in versions that should hit as hard live as online.
