We’ve watched Izïa move from the blunt rock of her beginnings to a sharper pop, never losing the blend of live energy and the fragility she owns. Album after album, she has moved the dial, changing forms without changing the engine: a voice that hooks, a sense of contrast, and that unmistakably her own way of turning the intimate into direct songs.
After La vitesse, carried by "Mon cœur" and its chorus that sticks in the mind, she returns with a new chapter that is more instinctive. With "Mieux que nous," Izïa bets on simplicity: first the guitar, then the piano, and lyrics that face the doubts of a damaged love story, between melancholy and the desire to believe again. On stage, this new cycle promises a taut and embodied set, matching her taste for shifts in tone and rising intensity.
