MODO-LIVE presents almost monday in concert on October 9, 2026 at the Park Theatre in Winnipeg.
Born in San Diego, the trio led by Dawson Daugherty (with Luke Fabry and Cole Clisby) crafts sunny indie pop, somewhere between West Coast surf energy and more danceable pulses. Bright guitars, precise grooves, hooks that stick— their formula rests on direct songwriting, attuned to everyday life, relationship stories, and that skate/beach vibe that sticks to their tracks.
After first catching attention online and then on stage in the late 2010s, almost monday laid the groundwork with the EPs Don't Say You're Ordinary (2020) and Til the End of Time (2021), before continuing to refine an indie pop sound tinged with light funk and electronic touches. A show designed for those who enjoy concerts that move without overdoing it, with special guests announced.
