Foster & Allen bring their Golden Greats Tour to Gleneagle Arena in Killarney, Ireland on February 27, 2027. Formed in 1975, Mick Foster and Tony Allen built a duo sound where traditional Irish melodies meet folk, country and easy listening. Their hallmark is simple and melodic: two voices in harmony carried by Foster’s accordion, with ballads and well-known airs at the centre.

The show revisits a catalogue that began with The Blacksmith in 1976 and took off with A Bunch of Thyme in 1980, then stretched across decades with Maggie, After All These Years, Reflections, By Request, Sincerely or more recently Putting On the Style. On stage, the duo is joined by a backing band, a set-up they’ve embraced since 1982 while keeping the understated touch that defines their country-and-Irish approach. Along the way, they’ve shared songs with Gloria Hunniford on True Love and Shayne Ward on Galway Girl, and toured Ireland, the UK, North America, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. In Killarney, they line up the songs that shaped their journey, all about melody, stories and the easy warmth of two voices in step.
