Masego « Fix Your Face Tour »

Masego comes to Zurich with the Fix Your Face Tour. The Kingston‑born, U.S.‑raised artist has been blending R&B, hip‑hop, jazz and trap into his TrapHouseJazz since the 2010s, with the saxophone as a recurring thread. Early mixtapes, the Pink Polo EP with Medasin (2015) and Loose Thoughts (2016) paved the way; his breakthrough came in 2017 with Tadow alongside FKJ. His debut album Lady Lady (2018) focuses on modern soul songs, pared‑down productions and jazzy grooves; the EP Studying Abroad (2020) and the album Masego (2023) continue this trajectory. Live, he unfolds this soundscape through singing, rap phrasing and improvisation, supported by punchy rhythms and distinctive saxophone lines. The setlist moves between neo‑soul, contemporary jazz and alternative hip‑hop, featuring tracks from all phases of his discography.
