Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats bring their North America ’26 tour to Danforth Music Hall in Toronto on October 6, 2026. Formed in Cambridge around singer-guitarist Kevin Starrs, the band blends doom weight, garage grit and psych haze into songs steeped in B‑movie shadows. On stage, slow, saturated riffs and close-knit vocal harmonies shape a hypnotic flow that pulls from across their catalog: the raw charge of Blood Lust, the concept twists of Mind Control, the noir tones of The Night Creeper, the scorched landscapes of Wasteland, and the cinematic sweep of Nell’ Ora Blu.
Support comes from Italy’s Messa, who stretch doom toward ambient textures and jazz inflections. Led by vocalist Sara Bianchin with Alberto Piccolo, Mark Sade and Rocco Toaldo, the quartet moves between hushed passages and heavier surges, letting space, dynamics and melody do the work. Their set draws on Belfry and Feast for Water through to Close, tracing a path where clarity of voice meets dense guitar lines and atmospheric layers.
