Info
On 26 June 2026 at Resident Music in Brighton and Hove, Temples drop in for an intimate in-store remix performance built around their new album BLISS. Known for a psych-pop blend of shimmering guitars, close harmonies and rich keyboards, the band pivots here toward electronica and a 90s rave undercurrent, reshaping their songs without the weight of a full stage setup. It’s not acoustic, not full electric either, but a charged in-between: drum machines and sequenced patterns locking into motorik pulses, synths and samplers colouring the edges, guitars and vocals threading through the mix.
Expect BLISS tracks reinterpreted as extended edits, with loops, breaks and textural swells opening space for fresh dynamics. Older favourites may surface too, bent to this new palette, where basslines push forward and choruses land differently. Up close and room-sized, the focus is on process and feel, on how their melodies hold steady while the production shifts. A snapshot of Temples experimenting in public, in a record shop setting that keeps it direct and close.
