Laurent Voulzy

Laurent Voulzy returns to the stage at the Radiant - Bellevue in Caluire-et-Cuire on 13 January 2027. After touring the cathedrals and churches of France, Belgium and Switzerland, and then taking a hiatus to write and compose, he is back in venues with a renewed desire to play, sing and share. Between acoustic guitars and more electric textures, he brings together what he loves to do on stage: let melodies flow, work on harmonies, and give the songs room to breathe.

On the programme are longstanding companions such as “Rockollection,” “Le Soleil donne,” “Belle-Île-en-Mer” and “Marie-Galante,” revisited with close attention to the vocals and arrangements. His gentle vocal register and the guitars establish a restrained framework that favors subtlety, moving between softly flowing ballads and brighter numbers. On stage, the songs gain depth: they stretch, tighten, and find new colours. It’s an invitation to rediscover the lyrical finesse and sensitive pop that run through Laurent Voulzy’s work, presented in a format designed for intimacy and attentive listening.
