Gashouder presents: Josh Baker

On 25 October 2026 at Gashouder in Amsterdam, Josh Baker signs off ADE with an extended set tailor-made for the dancefloor. Raised on the Manchester scene, he discovered house at 17 and has since shaped a lean, groove-forward sound: tight drums, clean basslines and a focus on flow. As a DJ and producer, he gravitates toward the stripped-back edge of house, borrowing from minimal without losing punch, and keeps momentum with long blends and patient builds.

Over the past years, Baker has moved from local rooms to wider European circuits, with appearances at The Warehouse Project, fabric, DC10, FUSE, Shelter, KOKO, Parklife or Pikes. That path says a lot about his approach: functional and precise, but open enough to switch between direct club tools and tracks with more space and swing. In a longer format he stretches this palette, threading UK-rooted house with percussive rollers, dubbed textures and crisp, heads-down grooves.

Closing night at Gashouder gives him the room to let that sound breathe. Expect a set that locks the floor early and keeps the pressure steady, from first loop to last drop.
