Schur arrives at L’Alhambra (Paris) on October 28, 2026 with “The No Shortcuts Tour.” Based in New York after a childhood in Connecticut, he has shaped a sound at the crossroads of rap, indie pop and alternative hip‑hop. With a guitar in hand since his teenage years—initially influenced by Led Zeppelin and by playing bar shows with Pampalibros—he also co‑founded Rock Cottage Studio to record young musicians, organized charity shows for Horns for Kids, and took part in the Rendezvous festival, which notably featured Felly. Upon enrolling at Columbia University he immersed himself in contemporary hip‑hop, digesting influences such as Kanye West, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar and Logic, released his first tracks online—including “Gullwing Bravado”—and went on to release singles and The Unsure Mixtape.
