Tayc « Joya Tour »

On April 17, 2027, at the Arena Futuroscope in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou, Tayc launches his Joya Tour. Born in Marseille and connected to his Cameroonian roots, he has forged a sound he calls Afrolove, at the crossroads of Francophone R&B, afrobeat, echoes of zouk and pop ballads. Melodic singing, relationship-focused lyrics and a mellow groove form a repertoire designed for the stage, balancing danceable tracks with more suspended, reflective moments.

Spotted online in the mid-2010s, he shaped his trajectory with the mixtapes Alchemy (2017) and H.E.L.I.O.S (2018), before showcasing the full range of his palette on NYXIA (2019). He then extended this universe with Fleur froide (2020) and its expanded edition in 2021, continuing that romantic, nocturnal thread. In concert, Tayc prioritizes interpretation and connection with the audience, backed by a flexible rhythm section and arrangements that put the voice front and center. On the Joya Tour he explores his different facets, from dance numbers to slow ballads, while remaining on the emotional ground that has shaped his identity.
