Info

The Felice Brothers bring their ragged folk-rock storytelling to 100 Club, London, on 2 September 2026. Raised in the Catskills of upstate New York, the group took shape in the mid-2000s around brothers Ian, James and Simone, first catching ears while busking in Manhattan subway stations. After Simone’s departure in 2009, Ian and James kept the core alive, blending Americana, country rock and roots into grainy arrangements with wheezing accordion, battered keys and plainspoken harmonies.

On stage, their songs read like short stories: barroom dances, roadside portraits and quiet ballads carried by a loose, lived-in groove. Their catalogue runs from Through These Reins and Gone (2006), Tonight at the Arizona (2007) and the self-titled album (2008) to Yonder Is the Clock (2009) and Celebration, Florida (2011), then Favorite Waitress (2014), Life in the Dark (2016), Undress (2019) and From Dreams to Dust (2021). Recent releases Asylum on the Hill (2023) and Valley of Abandoned Songs (2024) show a band still refining a rough-hewn, story-first approach that anchors their live shows.
