Info
On 3 October 2026 at Band on the Wall in Manchester, Sixpence None the Richer bring their intimate blend of indie rock and reflective pop back to the stage, led by Leigh Nash’s unmistakable voice and Matt Slocum’s melodic guitar work. Their live set is all about nuance and clarity, where airy harmonies and crisp arrangements carry songs that have lived well beyond their era.
Formed in 1992 in New Braunfels, Texas, the band now spans six albums and, since their 2024 reunion, a fresh run of releases. They returned with the Rosemary Hill EP and their first-ever live record, Live at Gruene Hall, a reminder of how their material gains new colour in concert. Expect a set that moves freely across three decades, from early favorites to recent tracks.
The night wouldn’t be complete without the songs that brought them to a wider audience: Kiss Me, There She Goes, Breathe Your Name, and Don’t Dream It’s Over. Grammy-nominated and long praised for their songwriting craft, Sixpence None the Richer play with restraint and detail, letting Nash’s tone and Slocum’s guitar lines do the talking. A focused, finely drawn show for listeners who like their pop with depth.
