Jaguar Sun

On September 7, 2026, Jaguar Sun takes the stage at Supersonic (Paris’s 12th arrondissement). Behind the name is Ontarian Chris Minielly, a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who shapes a dream pop sound with indie contours where jangle pop and soft rock converge. Born in the studio, the project initially favoured short formats built on bright guitars, understated keyboards, supple rhythms and hushed vocals. Then, through singles, EPs and albums (including Boss Forever), Jaguar Sun evolved into a band and broadened its palette, growing in scope while preserving an intimate, melodic approach to songwriting.

On stage, these sentimental, direct songs expand, buoyed by airy textures and precise arrangements, with a bedroom-pop touch running throughout.
