Yaelokre

Filipino-Icelandic singer-songwriter and multimedia artist Yaelokre brings the Meadowlark universe to Progresja in Warsaw on 14 October 2026. Led by Keath Ósk, the project moves between Reykjavik and the Philippines, blending acoustic folk, OPM influences and a storybook sensibility into intimate songs. On stage, Yaelokre often appears in costume, switching between masks to embody different figures from this mythos, sometimes solo, sometimes with a small group. The arrangements stay light—voice, guitar and a few textures—so the narrative sits at the center.

Since emerging in 2024, Yaelokre has drawn the contours of this world across releases: the debut EP Hayfields introduced Harpy Hare, followed by Songs of Origin the same year, then Origins in 2025, each adding perspective to the characters that populate Meadowlark. Live, the set threads these pieces like chapters, moving from folk tradition toward contemporary folk-pop while keeping melodies clear and grounded. The concert focuses on storytelling as much as sound, where music and visuals quietly carry the same line.
