Haircut 100 bring their lithe, brass-tinged pop back to The Forum in Bath on 14 May 2026. Formed in Beckenham at the start of the 80s by Nick Heyward, Les Nemes and Graham Jones, later joined by Phil Smith, Marc Fox and Blair Cunningham, they blended new wave and new pop with jazz-funk and Brit-funk bite: bright guitars, supple bass, sax motifs and crisp percussion made for movement. After a run of singles and Pelican West in 1982, Heyward left in 1983, Fox took the mic, and the story paused after Paint and Paint in 1984. The group resurfaced for occasional reunions from 2004 and a Pelican West show in London, before returning to regular live work. Since 2023, Heyward, Nemes, Jones and Cunningham are back together; this date leans into that chemistry with a set that favours melodic punch, tight grooves and the danceable edge that defined their first chapter.
