Jools Holland brings his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra back on the road for the Autumn Tour 2026, a show built around his boogie-woogie piano and the punch of a full brass section. Co-founder of Squeeze before striking out under his own name, Holland has shaped a sound rooted in blues, swing and early rock’n’roll, with quick phrasing at the keys and arrangements written for a big-band lineup. The concert moves through rhythm and blues standards and cuts from across his catalogue, reworked for the orchestra’s saxes, trumpets and tight rhythm section, with vocals trading lines over rolling grooves.
Away from the stage he’s known for Later… with Jools Holland, a long-running music programme that has fed many of his collaborations; on stage, that open-door spirit translates into arrangements made for ensemble energy and sharp interplay.
