Info

Black Stone Cherry bring their tough, melody-driven southern hard rock to Edinburgh Corn Exchange on 30 October 2026. Formed in Kentucky in 2001, the band built its identity on thick guitar work, a bluesy edge and choruses that stick without excess gloss. Fronted by singer-guitarist Chris Robertson alongside guitarist Ben Wells, they’ve moved from the raw punch of their self-titled debut to the wider textures of Folklore and Superstition, Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea and Magic Mountain, then tightened the screws on The Human Condition and Screamin’ at the Sky.

On stage, it’s all about precision and feel: twin guitars in lockstep, drums that keep the pressure steady, and a vocal grain that carries both grit and melody. The set leans across their catalog, balancing riff-led anthems with slower, more reflective passages, always anchored by direct hooks and sharp solos. The southern tint is there, but the sound stays current and unvarnished.

If you’ve followed them since the early singles or discovered them with the recent records, this date is a straight shot of what they do best: a solid, road-tested rock show built for a live crowd.
