Richard Marx « After Hours Tour »

Richard Marx brings the After Hours Tour to The London Palladium in London on 6 October 2026. The Chicago-born singer and songwriter emerged in the late 1980s with a blend of pop rock, soft rock and adult contemporary, giving pride of place to ballads and a clean, melodic writing style. Before releasing music under his own name, he cut his teeth in Los Angeles as a writer, backing vocalist and session musician, with early support from Lionel Richie. Since his 1987 self-titled debut, he has moved between radio-leaning rock and more acoustic songs across albums including Repeat Offender, Rush Street, Paid Vacation, Flesh and Bone, Days in Avalon, My Own Best Enemy, Emotional Remains, Stories to Tell and Sundown. On stage, he revisits that catalogue and the songs he has written for others in collaborations with Luther Vandross, NSYNC, Josh Groban or Keith Urban, keeping the focus on straightforward arrangements, clear choruses and the craft of the song.
