Moon Walker

Moon Walker plays The Louisiana in Bristol on 4 November 2026. Led by US singer-guitarist Harry Springer, the project blends alternative rock with garage drive and a hint of 70s psychedelia. Since the early 2020s, recordings often made with drummer Sean McCarthy have shaped a sound built on saturated riffs, steady grooves and vintage-tinged keyboards, with lyrics that take on social and political themes. On stage, Moon Walker moves between abrasive bursts and more melodic passages, keeping the rhythm section upfront and the guitars concise and forceful.

The set draws from three albums released in quick succession: Truth To Power (2021), The Attack Of Mirrors (2022) and Apocalypticism (2023). These tracks explore contemporary anxiety, media noise and the pull of technology, without losing a taste for direct hooks. Expect fuzz, organ colors and punchy tempos, with heavier numbers offset by slower, moodier cuts. Springer’s voice leads the charge, while the live approach favors clarity, tight interplay and a straight-ahead impact that puts the songs at the center.
