Drake Milligan brings his Tumbleweed World Tour to Ulster Hall, Belfast, on 25 November 2026. Raised in Mansfield, Texas, and drawn early to Elvis, he blends neo-traditional country with honky-tonk swing and a rock’n’roll snap. After a move to Nashville, he honed a writing style rooted in clear storytelling, baritone phrasing and twang-heavy guitars, heard on his self-titled EP (2021) and on Dallas/Fort Worth (2022). Live, that mix leans close to the dancefloor: two-step tempos, pedal steel and Telecaster riffs, ballads that slow the room then quick shuffles that pick it back up. The set digs into those tracks while opening space for newer songs from the road, moving from small-town snapshots to heart-on-sleeve ballads and jukebox-ready numbers without losing the Texas grit at the core. Backed by a tight rhythm section, Milligan keeps arrangements direct and built for the room, leaving space for the voice and the solos. Country roots carried with a modern edge.
