Jesus Jones bring their Doubt 35 Tour to The Flowerpot in Derby on 27 November 2026. Marking 35 years since Doubt’s release on 21 January 1991, the band revisits the record that turned their hybrid of alternative rock, dance rhythms and sharp electronics into tracks that cut through the airwaves. Expect the hooks and urgency of Right Here, Right Now, Real Real Real and International Bright Young Thing, alongside the album’s more abrasive edges and sample-driven textures.

Formed at the turn of the 1990s, Jesus Jones, led by Mike Edwards, came up through the UK grebo and alternative dance scene before breaking wider with Doubt, then pushing darker and more digital on Perverse. After taking this anniversary show across the US and UK in 2024 and 2025, they present a set built around Doubt’s pulse and attitude, filtered through years on stage. Guitars, sequencers and samples drive songs that still talk to media-saturated times, with that direct, pop-aware writing at the core.
