Yes « The Fragile Tour »

YES bring The Fragile Tour to Sheffield City Hall on 2 May 2027. At the heart of the show: Fragile (1971) played in full — from Roundabout and South Side of the Sky to Heart of the Sunrise and the album’s solo pieces — rebuilt on stage with stacked vocal harmonies, elastic rhythms and space for instrumental dialogue. Around this core, the band reaches across its catalogue, from early‑70s cornerstones to recent tracks drawn from Mirror to the Sky.

Formed in London in 1968, YES shaped a progressive rock language that blends psych, classical touches and jazz inflections, with long-form structures and strong ensemble work. Decades and line-up changes later, the current formation stays true to that method: guitar figures interlock with keys, bass lines push the melody forward, drums shift the ground underfoot. The setlist outlines this evolution without breaking the flow, moving from expansive passages to tighter songs and back again, and treating Fragile not as nostalgia but as material still built to move on stage.
