Sofahouse dance battle

Saturday 13 June 2026 at BASE Milano, SOFAHOUSE Dance Battle puts House culture at the center with a day of category battles, showcases and an after party that closes the programme. The floor becomes a space for exchange between dancers, crews and the audience: technique, musicality and footwork intertwine in contests designed to highlight styles and individual interpretations.

International guest for the after party is Atjazz: a British producer and DJ active since the mid-1990s, whose career spans deep house, broken beat and nu-jazz nuances. With releases such as the Story EP and the album That Something, he has produced and remixed for Nitin Sawhney, Jazzanova, Omar and Bob Sinclar, and has collaborated with Charles Webster. Through his Atjazz Record Company he has honed a warm, precise sound where groove and soulful harmonies are united with careful work on the vocals.

In Milan, Atjazz will close the day with a club-focused DJ set: elastic rhythmic grooves, deep bass and transitions that bridge house and jazz-funk influences, carrying the energy of the battles from the arena into the night.
