Aya Nakamura

On 22 July 2026 at the Sporting, Salle des Étoiles in Monaco, Aya Nakamura returns to the stage with Destinée, her fifth album. A Franco-Malian singer-songwriter and a leading figure of Francophone urban pop, she brings this new R’n’B repertoire to life, infused with touches of jazz and house, while also performing the hits that shaped her career, from Djadja to Pookie. Her writing combines direct melodies, an instinctive flow and a mixed linguistic style, driven by rhythms drawn from Caribbean kompa, shatta, zouk, afrobeat and pop.

On Destinée, a collection of 18 more personal tracks, she explores what has shaped her—from the discrimination she experienced as a child to the search for love from a woman’s perspective. After three concerts at the Stade de France in May 2026, she takes over the Salle des Étoiles in a dinner-show format as part of the Monte‑Carlo Summer Festival. On stage, she presents a recognizable voice, catchy choruses and an energy that moves between club tracks and ballads, for an evening that brings the audience close to her world and her new musical directions.
