Scorpions bring more than six decades of hard rock to Veikkaus Arena in Helsinki on 28 July 2026. Formed in Hanover in 1965 around guitarist Rudolf Schenker, the band shaped a sound that balances incisive riffs and melodic ballads. With Klaus Meine at the mic since the early 1970s and Matthias Jabs on guitar since 1979, the current core carries a catalogue that runs from Lonesome Crow to the 70s era of In Trance, Virgin Killer and Taken by Force, then Lovedrive, Animal Magnetism, Blackout and Love at First Sting, through Crazy World and later albums like Unbreakable, Humanity: Hour I, Return to Forever and Rock Believer. On stage, the trio’s interplay keeps the focus on guitars and choruses, with a set that alternates fast tracks and slower songs across decades, linking early material and recent releases. An arena show rooted in the essentials: riffs, melodies and a catalogue written for the stage.
